HR Applied Solutions is a full service Human Resource (HR)
contract service and support organization. We strive to provide individuals, employers,
public entities, law and accounting firms a wide range of HR management services with
quality and integrity at reasonable cost.
We offer the unique ability to capitalize on our extensive experience in assessing
government contractor human resource systems and leverage our knowledge and access to
government regulatory agency officials, seasoned professionals and functional specialists
to provide you an experienced resource pool able to address complex and diverse HR issues.
Our associates possess experience with various-sized employers from a cross-section of
both public and private industry sectors.
Using our Quick Scan initial assessment technique, HR Applied Solutions will conduct
an expedited evaluation of the status of your organizations HR policy and practice
compliance with the HR legal system. The results of our Quick Scan technique used to
recommend practical solutions to meet your business needs. When additional resources are
deemed necessary, HR Applied Solutions can provide them through a resource
clearinghouse which is our network of diverse, experienced, associates whose
specialized HR-related expertise can be used to apply the most relevant resources needed
to meet your requirements.
Principal staff
Lynn Lohman and Jack Hoelscher, our principal staff, possess over fifty years of combined
Human Resource Management experience with both private and public sector employers. Their
predominant focus has been with private employers doing business under Federal contracts.
This experience ranges from that of industrial relations oversight roles to in-house
consultation and operational human resources management positions.
Lynn holds an MBA, with concentration in Human Resources Management from GWC/Aurora
University. Jack holds an M.S. Degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University.
Both Lynn and Jack have extensive experience as former Federal employees responsible for
managing the governments interest in the HR management function at large, government
owned, cost type research contractors. Both Jack and Lynn possess professional
certifications including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Jack as Certified Compensation Professional
(CCP).
