Vision

HR Applied Solutions believes that favorable alignment of an organization’s HR practice with governmental requirements substantially reduces the risk of litigation, employee complaints, back pay awards, fines and penalties. In addition, we believe that organizations undergoing systematic review of this alignment have a unique opportunity to re-examine their strategic HR position and goals, improve daily HR practice, and find new solutions to shortcomings identified in the evaluation process. Therefore we envision growing use of a systematic evaluation process, like our Quick Scan™ assessment tool, to test the alignment of HR policies, programs, procedures, practices and publications with the requirements found in applicable federal, state, local statutes and guidelines.

HR Applied Solutions views the vast array of HR related statutes, regulations, and guidelines at the federal, state, and local levels as a valuable springboard from which to strategically reposition a client's HR programs, policies, procedures, practices, and publications. We see a systematic evaluation of an organization's current practice with governmental requirements as an opportunity to gain competitive advantage by improving the effectiveness of its HR management by re-energizing and motivating its workforce and enhancing its ability to recruit and retain talent.

We visualize our process as an effective way to identify new, practical ways to support the management of a client's human resources that will increase profitability and lower HR costs by improving employee morale, creativity, job satisfaction and communication.

It is the mission of HR Applied Solutions to improve the overall effectiveness of our clients’ HR function by conducting a systematic evaluation of the alignment of HR policies, programs, procedures, practices, and publications against federal, state, and local governmental HR requirements from an administrative point of view. We address identified deficiencies and propose actions needed to bring the organization into alignment with governmental requirements. We seek practical solutions that will improve the overall strategic management of the firm's Human Resources.
